Digitization of 3rd phase will start from April, 2015: says Minister of I&B | CII Event

Minister of Information & broadcasting, Prakash Javadekar says that we want digital India to happen. "Every citizen of India has a right to digital presentation. We will complete digitization of 3rd phase by 2015."
